As the only artist working in Japanese lacquer in the Guild Sourcebooks, I think my work really stands out and gets attention. Although it took several years before I began receiving commissions through The Guild, over time my advertisements have been quite worthwhile. I have had a steady stream of commissions for public spaces and private residences in the U.S., Japan, and the Philippines, and have developed a very productive long-term relationship with a Los Angeles interior designer and art consultant through The Guild.
