Who are we
Guild Sourcebooks is a group of design, production, and marketing experts on a mission to connect design professionals with today's leading, commissionable artists. Our marketing consultants help artists determine their target audiences, as well as the most efficient, effective method for getting their work seen and considered for purchase. Our design and production department helps artists create an impressive, beautifully designed showcase, with an aim to inspire a professional audience.

  • We feature many of North America's finest living artists working in a wide range of media. Many of today's artists find it is difficult to market their work to a nationwide audience because of the scale, delicacy, or placement of their work. Our annual sourcebook and website make presenting artwork of all sizes and disciplines manageable, reliable, and affordable.
  • We've painstakingly built our list of over 20,000 professional buyers over the last 23 years. These architects, designers, art consultants, gallery owners, and public art administrators are instrumental in influencing, directing, and purchasing art for their clients.

What we offer

  • The Guild Sourcebook of Art is a juried, annual artist directory. We distribute 12,000 copies, free of charge, to top architects, interior design firms, and art consultants in North America. Participating artists have a full- or half-page display of their work along with their direct contact information. This directory allows design professionals to quickly find and contact active artists for special projects. Whether the client's space is a private study or an expansive airport, these books help professionals find the right artist for the job.
  • Guildsourcebooks.com allows professionals to search for and group the incredible artwork featured in our printed publication for their projects, and offers tools to help them post requests for proposals to artists. The site offers participating artists additional exposure of their work and special access to content and resources to help them build and grow their businesses.
  • The Guild Sourcebooks staff provides marketing guidance, handles the design and layout of artists' sourcebook display ads, directs the printing and distribution of the sourcebooks, and maintains Guildsourcebooks.com, and help design professionals by recommending the perfect artists for their projects.
