Beautiful handmade steel clock with copper and black accents. Rectangular background of brushed stainless steel with glossy textured black. The oval face and round pendulum are hand-colored copper. Chunky hands stand out in aluminum and textured black. 18-inch length includes pendulum. Takes one AA battery (included). Signed on back. All metal coloring is done by hand and will vary from piece to piece.

"Time flies when you are having fun!"

Leonie Lacouette started designing clocks more than two decades ago. It all began when she needed a clock for her studio. On a lark, she created a clock for herself and four more for a show. They sold immediately and she has been making clocks ever since.

Using a basic language of geometric shapes, Lacouette creates layered constructions that are both functional time pieces and entertaining kinetic sculptures. Some materials, such as stainless steel and brass, are used in their raw state. Others, like copper and wood, Lacouette patinas and paints for a warmer feel.

The perfect clock for me
I love this clock! I looked at several clocks before I made the decision with this one.It goes so well with my living room decor. It's the right size above my flat screen TV.Design is awesome.I'm so happy w/ purchase

lovely lovely lovely
Beautiful, stunning. Pendulum only stopped once, during some construction work nearby. I have had it for maybe a year or more. It is much quieter than my other battery clocks and keeps good time. Lovely art piece for a living room wall. I can not think of a single thing I don't like about it.

Just as pictured!
The clock is beautiful! I goes perfectly in my living room. I am disappointed that the pendulum does not swing without help every couple of days.

Compliment and a question
I really like the clock. It's unusual and beautiful, and looks just like I expected. I've received many compliments. It hangs in my office.One question--how do I remove fingerprints? I have some on the silver section and they won't come off with simple rubbing with a cloth. Thanks.Michele Danza

A Thing of Beauty
This clock is beautiful and looks exactly like it is represented in the picture. The colors are modern and vivid, and the clock makes a bright splash on my living room wall. It is virtually a work of art.The only small suggestion I have for the artist is to extend the size of the hour hand on the clock.
